Sonali Shetty serves as a fractional Chief Technology Officer for high-growth companies, while also coaching senior executives on innovation strategy and digital transformation. Her impactful career includes co-founding a product innovation agency and an AI/ML company, as well as serving as CTO for a global non-profit. As an adjunct faculty member at VCU’s da Vinci Center, she teaches in the Master’s Program in Product Innovation. Sonali, a passionate advocate for women in technology, earned her M.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Texas A&M University and an MBA at William and Mary. She co-publishes the popular podcast, “Gita for Daily Living,” and enjoys unwinding by listening to podcasts while walking her pup, Layla.

Venkatesh Raghavendra is a global social entrepreneur and community-builder.
